Day 7 of the series was similar to day 3 of the series where the Nifty also had dropped around 2.87 % and from similar levels. We had another flip and yesterday’s value and POC strongly rejected.

The week started on another round of shortcovering as the Nifty finished 115 points higher into the first supply point near 8335- 8355. OrderFlow did not confirm aggressive shorting at the close .

Day 4 of the new series was a mix of Short Covering and Long Liquidation but even as the market rose by 112 points there was no evidence of an Increase in Market Open Interest. Skepticism still prevails and we maintain that the upswing may be used to clear long inventory.
