Levels and Plan for 7th May
Day 3 of the new series took out Monday’s longs in a bearish flip which has implications for the rest of this series. The BNF joined the NF in the selloff today and our Mantra of ‘short on rises’ against the conventional wisdom of the bull market seems to be yielding immediate results.

The first day of a new series saw shortcovering and buyers stepping up at lows to drive the index higher. However one day does not change a trend and the Bulls will have to continue driving up to negate the bearish momentum from April.
