The spike down yesterday saw Initiative selling at the open and the auction drifted lower testing 11650 Aug F again where once again demand was seen rising and the auction closed at session highs. The series of August was closed at a vwap of 11444 and the clsoe of the series near 11676 spot today showed how much the Buyers had dominated the auction through August. The Banknifty closed at 28103 today and the series of August was traded with a vwap of 27923. Highest volume during August was traded at 11480 on the spot and at 28280 in the BankNifty . We are expecting a pullback to 11400 in the sessions of the coming series which would be a good spot to re-examine a long position for the month ahead.
