FIIs have added net 9K long Index Futures, net 29K short Index CE, 19K short Index PE and net 39K short Stocks Futures contracts this week besides liquidating 20K long Index PE contracts. They were net buyers in equity segment for ₹19754 crore during the week.
Clients have added 3K short Index Futures, net 85K long Index CE, net 21K long Index PE and 7K long Stocks Futures contracts this week besides liquidating 24K long Index Futures contracts and covering 34K short Stocks Futures contracts.
Nifty NOV has added 9113 contracts in Open Interest this week with another 9340 contracts added to DEC/JAN OI. Banknifty NOV has shed 4745 contracts during the week with just 1318 contracts added in DEC/JAN Open Interest.
