In our charts we identify it as a structural weakness and know that in a majority of cases the market will come back and rectify it.
How does this information benefit you?
For one, if you are stuck in a position on the other side of a moving market you can still hold on expecting the market to come back. So you get a better and more advantageous exit
Two, you can enter a short term position for the anomaly visit when you know the current momentum has run it’s course
Three, the anomaly re-visit is a great point for the market to reassess what it wants to do with the original trend.
