FIIs have added 6K long Index Futures, net 6K short Index CE, net 7K short Index PE and net 6K short Stocks Futures contracts this week while covering 10K short Index Futures contracts. They have been net sellers in equity segment for ₹3322 crore during the week.
Clients have added net 15K long Index PE and 17K long Stocks Futures contracts this week while covering 1K short Stocks Futures contracts. They have reduced exposure in Index Futures and Index CE during the week.
Nifty JUN has shed 21126 contracts this week while JUL/AUG series have added 11978 contracts in Open Interest. Banknifty JUN OI has come down by 1249 contracts this week but JUL/AUG series have built up 4071 contracts.
