Changes since August settlement in Participantwise Open Interest

FIIs have added 18K short Index Futures, net 7K long Index CE, net 48K long Index PE and net 2K short Stocks Futures contracts since August settlement while liquidating 40K long Index Futures contracts. They are net short in Index Futures after SEP expiry.

FIIs were net sellers in equity segment for ₹25042 crore during SEP series.

Clients have added 35K long Index Futures, net 154K long Index CE and 87K long Stocks Futures contracts in SEP series besides covering 21K short Index Futures and 10K short Stocks Futures contracts.

Nifty spot has gone up by 1.40% in SEP series.
