But the biggest fear I have is prices of steel/cement/labour/fixtures/sand etc.., going up by 20-40-80-100% for any sort of QEX++ or hyperinflation. If currently all the money is in FD which returns 6% post tax, what could I be doing to hedge the feared hyperinflation?
