A defect related to the Investor RT Platform we use for our charts and trade alerts prevented us from running the trading room today and issuing trade alerts.The problem surfaced in the morning and was initially thought to be due to the problems at NSE which happened around the same time.
However the data vendor later clarified that it was not a data problem after which we took the issue up with Investor RT . Since then they have confirmed that they are working on the problem and would be up with a solution soon.
I will keep you informed as I learn more about when the service will be restored. However I want to deeply apologize for the loss of charts and the problems it may have caused to your trading in the volatile environment of today.
