A drive down from the open in Nifty futures closed the door for bulls hoping for a rise above 11550 F very early in the session. But there was evidence of the seller returning on Friday and we had seen attempts at responsive selling first at 11480 and later at 11547 as the session ground to a close. The same was also mentioned in Friday’s Market Profile report. Towards the close of today’s session, our OrderFlow charts again picked up 2 responsive buyers at 11400 F who are trying to hold the gate at 11400. However, there is enough evidence now of an active seller at 11462 and at 11482 higher who should nullify any bounce attempts. The path of least resistance is down towards 11333 and the FA at 11295. The view goes wrong above 11495 roughly. The Market Profile charts point to a proper auction below 11460 to the 11333 zone to comn for business. We expect that to play out in the week now.

- The vwap of the Aug series is at 11444 spot and the POC was at 11480
- The settlement day (Aug ) rollover volume point is at 11739 F.
- Highest Rollover point was at 11772 Sept F
Weekly Zones :
- The weekly profile is a bounce off a VPOC with a minor selling excess at 11600F
- Failed auction zone is 11650F
- Another Failed auction is lower at 11297 ( unvisited T+2)
- The 11720- 11735 scene of crime zone is added supply above the FA point of 11650
- The FA at 11297 is a very important pivot for the next auction.
Daily Zones:
- Value zones ( volume profile) are at 11441-11430-11405 for tomorrow
Plan :
a) The immediate auction now has a support at 11377- 11390
b) short is right below 11377 for 11333
c)above 11430 the NF may move to 11462 and 11480 again
