What is Volume Cluster?
A grouping of high volume levels across multiple bars; signals consolidation or absorption zones.
Volume clusters form when significant transactions occur within a narrow price range across multiple bars or time periods. These zones indicate strong interest from substantial participants and often develop into support/resistance areas. In Order Flow analysis, clusters showing absorption (large volume with minimal price movement) frequently indicate institutional positioning preceding directional moves.
